Nava, the bridalwear for the millennial brides. Nava made its debut at the Vogue Wedding Show, one of India’s premier bridal events. Nava strikes the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, while maintaining the beauty of Kanchivarams and changing the way the silk is worn. At our Oliver Road store, the Nava Bridal Studio presents you with a unique store-in-store shopping experience. This special experience gives the bride the luxury of time to choose her special day saree. To know more about Nava, visit www.nava.palamsilk.com
You like to touch and feel the silk. Nothing should come in between your conversation with it. That tiny moment of romance could lead to a life long relationship. We respect that and have designed this store allowing the love to bloom. No counters, no sales people to distract you. It’s just you and the kanchivaram. Walk leisurely through the store, get up close and personal with the sarees and pick the right one.
We’ve been continually refreshing and changing the grand tradition of Kanchivaram silk sarees. And now we’ve added excitement and novelty to the way you shop for them. At our second store in Mylapore on Oliver Road, we’ve made it easier than ever to explore new ideas in silk, with a redesigned, browser-friendly shopping experience. When you’re looking for fresh ideas in silk, you need a whole new way of looking.
“I curated this store with Palam’s classic designs which is an amalgamation of unique and abstract designs with a tinge of tradition. We are in this space where we are comfortably nestled between Vogue and Vintage which is apt for a millennial woman who carries culture and style with grace. We name her 'The Palam Woman' and this store is a Palam Woman’s dream”, says Sunita Yogesh, Curator of Palam Silks, Oliver Road. She is a Chartered Accountant and self-taught designer, artist and an interior decorator.
